If you are unable to make a session please ensure you contact your coach in advance (see 'Squad Structure' or 'Our People' pages for coach contact numbers). If you are unsure whether you should attend due to injury or illness you also should contact your coach to discuss your options.

2018 TIME TABLES ALL SQUADS

Training for 2018 has started. Please find below the training schedule for your squad.

Friday 5th January - Monday 22nd January - Warriors and Dolphins resume training on Monday & Fridays.

  • Dolphins: 4:00-4.45pm
  • Warriors: 5:00-6:00pm

Countries and Gippies resume training on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays.

  • Country: 6:30am-8:00am (Tuesday)
  • Gippies: 6:00pm-7:30pm (Tuesday)
  • Country: 6:00pm-7:30pm (Thursday)
  • Gippies: 5:00pm-6:00pm (Thursday)
  • Country:6:00pm-7:30pm (Friday)
  • Country: 6:00am-7:00am & 7:00am - 8:00am (Saturday swim & gym)
  • Gippies:6:30am-7:00am & 7:00am - 8:00am (Saturday gym & swim).
  • Gym sessions at Voyage resume on Monday 8th January.

State and State Development.

Monday:

  • State: 6:00am-8:00 am
  • State Dev: 6:00am-7:30am.

Tuesday:

  • State & State D: 4:30pm-5:00pm (dryland) & 5:00pm-7:00pm swim.

Wednesday:

  • Performance Swim: 6:30am-8:00am.

Thursday:

  • State 6:00am-8:00am
  • State Dev: 6:00am-7:30am.

Friday:

  • State: 6:00am-7:30am & 6:00pm-7:30pm
  • State Dev: 6:00pm-7:30pm.

Saturday:

  • State & State Dev: 6:00am - 8:00am
